Iconic yellow table lamp designed by Gae Aulenti

Pipistrello POP is a signed and numbered yellow table lamp, a masterpiece of design and functionality. It is a perfect choice for any stylish interior design, and it adds warm and cosy light to any room. The lamp has a glossy yellow painted aluminium structure with a stainless steel telescopic system that makes it possible to adjust the height from 66 to 86 cm. The central ring, base and knob for fixing the diffuser are made of metal painted in glossy black, and the lampshade is of opal methacrylate. When the table lamp was produced in 1965, the lampshade's casting technique was unique and innovative for its time. The angular shapes of the shade resemble the wings of a bat, meaning Pipistrello in Italian.
